We love creating wonderful connections between families and the perfect nanny. Our goal is to
support you and save you time, energy and minimize your frustration; however, some families
prefer the “Do it yourself (DYI) option. At the end of the day, we want you to find the right care
for your family.
We are pleased to offer two types of DIY services.

  • Premium Do-it Yourself Package, includes the following:
    • Initial Client Consultation
    • Candidate Resume Review (1)
    • Professional Interview (1)
    • References Verified (3 for 1 candidate)
    • Social Security Verification
    • Address History
    • State Sex Offender Check
    • National Sex Offender Check
    • Driving Record
    • Referral to tax & payroll specialists
    • District Court Records & National Wants and Warrants
    • Criminal check including all names used all counties lived in (7 years)
    • Social Media / Online Presence Check
    • Employment Agreement Template
  • Do-it Yourself Individualized Services
    We will provide any of the services listed above on an as needed, per service fee.

How does it work?

  1. You schedule a consultation with one of our Recruiting Specialists
    a. Schedule a consultation to determine which types of service you need.
    b. Click here to schedule!
  2. You receive an invoice and pay for the services you’ve requested
  3. You find and recruit your own candidate (or candidates) and send them to us.
  4. We complete the requested services and send you a report on each candidate

*The DIY Premier Support package is designed for 1 candidate. Should you need additional candidate support the A’la Carte Support fees will apply per candidate.
