Placement Process: How does it work?
Our process helps to alleviate the amount of time and stress you have to put into finding your next care provider. Here’s how it works!
Begin by completing an online registration. Select the appropriate registration for the position you are offering. Your assigned placement specialist will call to answer any questions you may have. Afterward, our service agreement will be sent with an invoice for the registration fee.
We create a detailed job profile with your specific criteria, and we will search and recruit most suitable care professionals to match you with. We are always searching for talented care providers! CTRN will conduct face-to-face interviews, verify all references, professional credentials and detailed profiles will be emailed to you.
Together, we found the perfect person to help your family. Our service continues with guidance about completing a work agreement, referral to tax & payroll specialists, your responsibilities, preparing the job offer, and coordinating the start date. The final step is a more in-depth private investigation check. The placement fee is now invoiced.
Your placement specialist will call to define your needs, job requirements, schedule, personalities, lifestyle, children, and responsibilities of the job. We want to learn your parenting style, any special concerns, and most importantly, your list of “must haves”.
You will receive profiles of candidates personally matched with you. Once you’ve reviewed them, let us know which you’d like to interview, and we’ll coordinate and schedule the interview between you and the candidate. We’ll ask for your feedback following each interview to help us refine the job details.
We provide continued support and advice for both you and your new hire.
The placement specialist will check in frequently to learn how everything is going, answer any questions you may have, offer advice, or help in any way we can.
