About Ricki Rae

Ricki, a proud San Antonio native, has a deep passion for working with children, especially those with special needs. As a registered behavior technician, she’s also on track to complete her degree in Psychology from the University of the Incarnate Word, where she’s currently a senior. With over five years of experience caring for a family of four children (ages 5-10), Ricki is now working with a sweet little girl, continuing her remarkable caregiving journey.

In her free time, Ricki enjoys spending time with friends and family, going to concerts, playing volleyball and pickleball, and expressing her musical talents through singing, playing the violin and piano. She also stays active by working out and loves giving back by volunteering at her church.

Ricki’s extensive experience has shaped her into an exceptional nanny. She has worked as a co-teacher, where she implemented behavioral plans, assisted students in reaching their individual goals, and supported them with accommodations. She also has experience in after-school care, where she helped children with homework, activities, and arts and crafts.

A former co-teacher praised Ricki’s proactive attitude, saying, “Ricki is always one step ahead. She’s incredibly positive, outgoing, and nurturing. The students adore her! She’s flexible and adapts easily to the children’s needs.”
